Masakazu Furusawa studied under the master hat designer Akio Hirata for seven years. After acquiring the techniques of haute mode as a modiste, he left Haute Mode Hirata in 2009. In September 2014, he launched his own hat brand KAMILAVKA with the concept of a new hat, creating abundant value, featuring unconventional design mixed with elements of haute couture.
